Easy Finance is an **educational platform** designed to teach basic personal finance concepts, compounding math, and general tax structure definitions. We are NOT SEBI-registered financial advisors, brokers, or wealth managers.

We do not provide stock recommendations, investment advice, portfolio management solicitation, or trading calls. Any calculators, simulators, or course case studies are for educational illustration only. You should consult a certified financial advisor before making actual financial decisions or investing real money.

1. User Registration & License Access

When you purchase the Easy Finance Complete Bundle (₹1299), the platform automatically creates an account inside Firebase Authentication using your billing email address.

Personal License: Your account credentials (email and password) grant a single, personal, non-transferable license to access the educational materials.
Credential Sharing Ban: Sharing your credentials with other users or distributing your account details is strictly prohibited and will result in instant account suspension without a refund.
Local Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and your phone’s local Biometric/PIN lock.

2. Payment & Bundle Delivery

All purchases are processed securely via PCI-compliant gateway providers (Cashfree/Razorpay).
Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive your login username/password and app links via email within 10-15 seconds.
If there is an automated processing delay, please reach out to our support helpdesk with your transaction ID.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in the Easy Finance website and mobile apps—including video lessons, design structures, logos, ebook PDFs, graphics, code formulas, and slide illustrations—is the exclusive intellectual property of Khare Ventures.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any app feature, logo asset, or video content without our explicit prior written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Khare Ventures, its directors, developers, and team shall not be held liable for any investment losses, portfolio drops, financial errors, or commercial decisions made by users based on the educational materials or tools provided inside the app.

5. Modifications of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
