1. General Refund Terms

Because digital products are immediately delivered and consumable, **all sales are final**. We generally do not offer refunds once your account credentials have been generated and sent to your email address.

2. Exceptions for Technical Access Issues

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you face technical issues that prevent you from logging in, downloading PDF sheets, or viewing course content:

• Our technical team will attempt to resolve your access issue within **48 hours**.
• If our team is completely unable to resolve the access issue on your device, we will issue a **100% refund** of your purchase price.

3. Double Payment Resolution

If you were charged twice for the same bundle due to a bank transaction failure, gateway lag, or network connectivity drop:

• We will refund the duplicate transaction in full.
• Please email us with screenshot proofs of both transactions and your email address.
• Once verified, the duplicate amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within **5 to 7 working days**.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since the Easy Finance Complete Bundle is a one-time purchase of ₹1299 (not a recurring subscription), there are no recurring billing cycles or subscription cancellations. Once purchased, you receive lifetime access to the courses and monthly tip updates.
